Question: If Sydney's daily behaviors were Olympic Sports, which activities would she likely medal in?
Bronze:
She does have an affinity for thumb sucking. This is a natural ability that would put her in the top three in any competetive field.
Silver:
She would definitely hold her own in competitive food throwing. Typically, when she is satisfied with her hunger, she tries to exercise her throwing arm and works to extend her nightly radius of food on the floor. Her trajectory and technique is highly efficient, and would garner her at least a silver medal.
Gold:
Sydney has sooo many other talents. Could she possibly take the gold in drooling, diaper filling, or stair climbing??? She might, but laughing has got to be her exclusive gold medal. She loves to laugh. She is already such a comical character, but her infectious laugh would easily earn her the gold.
Medal Sweep?
What....could there be more? More than Gold, Silver, and Bronze??? But of course. Sydney could also perform a medal sweep for biting. That's right, she would win the gold, silver, and bronze all by herself. She practices on a regular basis (much to the displeasure of her parents and her victims), and she is continually encouraged to not medal in this sport at all.
Question: What sport would Sydney most likely be disqualified?
Recently, that would have to be chocolate cupcake eating. Now, if making a mess with it was the goal, she certainly would be victorious, but it's not. She has certainly been disqualified from eating a second cupcake at home. You can see photo review of her first attempt, which was submitted to the IOC.
I know what you are thinking...this is the 'Winter Olympics'....what has any this post had to do with anything even cold. Well, to appease your overly critical mind, Sydney would take bronze in digging through the freezer (and fridge) when they are open. Even when open for only a split second, Sydney takes the opportunity to dig around in these frigid environments.
In other news, Sydney enjoyed time last weekend with one of her baby BFF's Maggie. She enjoyed some good company, thought provoking conversations, and a fun bath time. She hope Maggie, and all of her other baby BFF's had a great weekend, and an even better upcoming week!
